The Pixelworkers Manifesto

In September 2026, the United States declared the era of Super Intelligence. The order named the frontier; it didn’t say what it looks like when the work actually has to ship. We do.

The industry has split into two bad answers. One side pretends AI isn’t happening — billing by the hour, protecting the old way, falling behind in real time. The other side pretends people aren’t needed — pointing a model at a problem and shipping whatever falls out. Unvetted code. Borrowed voice. Design with no one behind it. We call that what it is: slop.

We reject the choice. Here is our definition, and we intend to own it: Super Intelligence is not a smarter machine. It is a credentialed human and a named AI operator, working the same problem, in the open, on the record. The intelligence that’s actually “super” isn’t the model — it’s the pairing. A person’s taste, judgment, and accountability, multiplied by an agent that never tires and works at a scale no individual can match. Neither half is the story alone. The unit is the story.

That last part — in the open, on the record — is the whole thing. Everyone in this market is hiding something. The old firms hide that they’ve started using AI. The automation shops hide that there’s no human anywhere near your project. We hide nothing. You know exactly who you’re working with — the person and the agent — and both put their name on what ships.

This isn’t a trick or a tolerance. It’s a standard. A credentialed human owns the strategy and carries final accountability. The agent does real work — fast, tireless, at enterprise scale. Every output runs through human validation before it leaves the building, and it leaves signed by the team that made it. Not “AI-assisted.” Not “reviewed by a human.” Made by a Super Intelligence team that stands behind it together.

We think this is what the next twenty years of good work actually looks like — not humans or machines, but accountable pairs honest about being exactly that. Most won’t say it out loud yet. We will. We’ll put it in a certification, hold ourselves to it publicly, and invite other studios to meet the same bar.

If you want cheap and anonymous, there’s a sea of it. If you want design and engineering Super Intelligence — a seasoned team that moves ten times faster because of how it’s built, and tells you the truth about how the work gets made — that’s us.

This isn’t automation. It isn’t nostalgia. It’s craftsmanship, out in the open.
